Justin was born, raised and still lives in the Valley of the Sun, a desert inferno full of reptiles and Republicans. He's been drawing/conceiving/creating on paper and other media since grade school, having recently moved to paint and canvas and stayed there (for the most part). Besides art, Justin digs music, books, film, television, basketball, comic books, the internet, and his wife and dogs.

What he doesn't dig, however, are artist statements. He paints because he likes to; he finds it viscerally, creatively, and emotionally appealing. If you find meaning in what he does... fantastic. If not... that's ok, too, because it may not have been intended.
